Elizabeth, clinical psychologist and host of the podcast, is keenly interested in spiritual experience as a profound aspect of psychological transformation. Her current work interests include contemplative neuroscience, climate justice, and esoteric religious history. She is an executive producer of The Heart Revolution and a faculty member of The Nalanda Institute of Contemplative Science.

Wonderstruck was inspired by the idea of being struck by the wrinkle in time, the glitch in the field, the liminal space filled with awe, the uncanny, and wonder. Such experiences often give us goosebumps as they don’t fit into our everyday worldview. We look at mystery as a place where transformation often occurs.
